We were in Hamilton for a family wedding in Sept /01. We wanted to do some sight seeing, and none of us feeling confident enough to drive we decided to call a cab. There were 8 of us and none of the cabs or vans would take that many at once.So we decided to call your company. We had a blast! It was the highlight of our trip. On April 5th 2003, we were privileged enough to have obtained your services for my wedding day.

I just wanted to write a note with regard to the driver we had, Ian. I was your typical nervous bride feeling so lost and terrified when this man comes out of nowhere and takes me by the hand and guides me through the entire day. He was on that day "my guardian angel"/ I strongly believe Ian was more than our driver; he was what got me through one of the greatest days of my life.

Ian went above and beyond what could have been expected from everybody and gave the day a nice relaxed flow and provided humor that affected everybody in a positive way. He even posed for a picture {which I have included a copy for him} at my request. It is supposed to give the impression that the bride and groom are helping him get out of the limousine (although my girlfriend cut out most of the car).

Although a little late, I felt that I had to write and express my compliments to the services your company provided to my family recently. I had contacted many limo companies to obtain "information" concerning the rental of a limo for use on my wife's 40th birthday. Your firm was by far the most professional in responding to my queries. It is also interesting to note that your firm's costs were the most reasonable of all quotes received.

Even after booking the limo, there are the normal concerns about the scheduling and the individual who would be driving. Very happy to say that punctuality was perfect and my wife and her friend could not say enough good things about the driver they had.

I am sorry I missed the open house, but I wanted to say thank you again to the driver that we had at my son's wedding on August 30, 2003. My Grand Daughter who was flower girl and only 1½ at the time doesn't usually take to men. She loved our driver, took his hand and went for a walk, sat on his cooler and ate grapes and talked to him, not that he would understand a word she said but was so good with her. We had 5 kids in that wedding and he helped in keeping them amused. Again, thank you so much and please pass this along to him.

During this past weekend, I was making a video at a convention at Niagara Falls. We used Asti's Limousine on our recent family vacation to Mexico flying out of Hamilton. Our boys, aged 13 and 16, were thrilled when they saw the white stretch limo show up on Saturday, Jan. 31st, on time as promised, for the airport.

Returning on Sunday, Feb. 8th, our flight was delayed. When we stepped out the airport doors into the freezing temperatures at 3:45 a.m., that white stretch limo was a welcoming sight!

I would be remiss if I did not a memo to you to relate how exceptional Your company and staff are. My family has used your company's services many times over the past two years to transport us to and from airports in Toronto and Hamilton and meetings in North-East Toronto and we have met with top notch service every time. Last night I had to call your company to see if you could rescue my wife and I from being stranded with about 600 other people from the GO Station in Port Credit. After calling Julia, your company had a limousine to us within 30 minutes and had us home safe and sound within another 20 minutes. Please express our heartfelt thanks to Julia and to the driver John. Because of them, they turned a distressing situation into a very calming and pleasurable experience. Hello!!!!

My husband Rob and I were married last week and used Asti's limo for our transportation provider. I know that it is likely traditional to mail a thank you, but in this age of technology I hope you can forgive an e-mail. We just had a few things we needed to say!

We were lucky enough to have Larry as our driver. He arrived promptly at the promised time at my husbands parents house and graciously helped the men get a cooler of sandwiches and pop into the trunk. He was at my location even before I was completely ready and waited patiently until we made our way outside, at which point he immediately took the bags and items from us and placed them in the car. He was always there to open a door, help us into the car or do anything we needed from him. He is an exception driver as well!!! He got us to the church with the perfect timing!!! The red carpet was also a nice touch!!! He patiently waited after the ceremony as we clicked picture after picture on the church steps, yet he was ready for us when we finished and had a beautiful plates of hors oeuvres to tempt us with (by the way....I do have to ask where you get your
cream puffs...my husband was losing his mind over them!!!). When we got to the park, he attend to the needs of ANYONE who came close to the limo (during different shots with the photographer, different people relaxed in the limo). The man just did not stop!!!!! By the time we got to the hall, we were all exhausted. We unloaded the car and turned to thank Larry, but found him loading himself up with items again to help us get them into the hall. From start to finish, Larry was an amazing driver and a gentleman. He knows how to treat a client. He was always one step ahead of us, anticipating our needs. I can guarantee that we will be using Astis again, even if we have to make up an occasion!!!

So, please pass our thanks on to Larry and thank you to your company for providing us with such a beautiful and stress free limo for our wedding day!!!!!
